Billing and payment
Your card will not be charged before we dispatch the goods from our warehouse.
When you place an order, the amount on your card is reserved, but your card is only charged after we have shipped your jewelry.


Warranty
All items are sold under the warranty of 24 months from the delivery date according to the EU customer laws (under normal conditions of wear and tear).


Shipping
Worldwide shipping is free for all the orders.
All items usually ship from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China, the following business day after the order has been placed. It might take between 6 and 30 days for the parcel to reach your location. You will be provided with the delivery time estimate together with the tracking code. All parcels are tracked and must be signed for.
Please, note that you are responsible for observing the import regulations of the country of destination as well as for paying any customs duties.


Returns and refunds
You can return all the items you ordered or some of them for whatever reason within 14 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please, send us a message to sales@7seas.jewelry before you send us a parcel with the items you would like to return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within several days.
It can take up to 7-10 working days for your credit card company to process the refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
The parcel must be sent via trackable shipping service.

You are responsible for any fees, taxes or other costs associated with the purchase and delivery of your items resulting from charges imposed by your relationship with payment services providers or the duties and taxes imposed by your local customs officials or other regulatory body.
